		<description>Hi Jim.

I started following your blog a while ago, and have enjoyed your posts linking to mission stories across the world. It has been inspirational to see how others are using this platform in their ministries.

This inspiration has led me to start a blog for my wife&#039;s ministry. As a full time youth minister she has always used mission trips to teach our church youth. As word of her trips has spread to other churches and her ministry continues to grow, she has set her sights on starting a ministry just for mission trips.

She is leading a team of 36 people to Kenya for a trip to June. I thought that people might appreciate our experience planning and fund raising to get such a large group of people to a remote destination in Africa. While a lot of blogs seem to cover their mission work, I was not noticing a lot of advice and discussion about logistics and preparation. So we have started our blog earlier than planned to provide as much information as we can to the world about our journey beginning late December.

If you have the chance, please take a look at what we are doing. It would be awesome to share our journey with you and your audience. &lt;a href=&quot;http://esgmissions.org/missionary-blog.html&quot; title=&quot;Kenya Africa Mission Trip Blog&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Eastern Shore Global Missions - Youth Mission Trip Blog&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
