For more on the medical and cultural challenges in Nigeria, check out this post from Kids’ Doc in Jos, entitled Resistance (Paul).  Again, a longer post and parts of it somewhat technical, but if you’re interested in the details of dealing with HIV this will give you some insight.

I’ve mentioned Mike’s blog here before, but you may not know that he and his wife Barb both contribute to the blog, and also have their own website, with lots of interesting tidbits.  The website is kept up to date, and is called From Nigeria: With Love…

Their website has an extensive photo gallery which you can enjoy, as well as videos, stories and articles.

It was interesting to read a little about how teh Blyths have been able to make use of the internet on the field.  Read in their August newsletter how technology has changed their ministry.

  • Grace – from Kids’ Doc in Jos.  The doctor tries to help 2 year old Grace, and her family.
  • Our Trip to Noakhali – a glimpse of Bangladesh in Kevin’s Web Log.
  • SKY IS FALLING – I can relate to this one from Reflections on Life in Benin.

Finally, I don’t yet have a “photo of the week” award, but if I did it might go to Kingsley Clan for this picture of Matt and Eoin.
