Missionary Blogger Cover Story!

by Jim on 15 November 2010

in Interesting Posts

It’s not every day that someone we know hits the front page of a magazine.  But that’s what happened this month to Lisa Fuller Seward from Sewards’ Online Snapshots!

Lisa Seward in Hearing Loss

Lisa and her family were serving in Mali, when malaria struck.  That’s not so unusual, as you may know.  But this time, there were unexpected consequences – hearing loss.

And that’s why Lisa’s story made it into the magazine of the Hearing Loss Association of America – appropriately named Hearing Loss Magazine.

The Sewards blog about the article here, and you can actually read the whole article (don’t miss it!) by visiting the blog of the magazine designer and checking for the link (just above "Very special thanks to").

Please pray for the Sewards, who are on home assignment in Chicago until 2011, then Lord willing will be returning to Mali.  And stop by and leave them a note of encouragement!
