Welcome to the new Missionary Blog Watch! As promised, we’ve moved to WordPress, and I hope you’ll see very quickly how much more user friendly and interactive it is.

Before going any further, I would like to thank Norm Copeland for his extensive help importing old posts into the blog. We’re still working on updating links, tags, categories, and comments, but it has come a long way!

I should add that Norm has been doing all this during a move from one country to another. Thanks Norm!

Norm is also in the process of upgrading his own blog, but be sure you check it out – it’s called The Copeland Ramblings

Second, I would like to mention the theme that was used to create the new Missionary Blog Watch – Thesis.

Many of you have spent way too much time trying to find themes for your blogs, or way too much time changing them or customizing them. I decided to purchase the Thesis theme, and I’m glad I did. It’s so easy to customize any way you want – colours, backgrounds, how many columns you want, and much more. If you use WordPress, or are thinking of switching to WordPress, I highly recommend Thesis. It may be the last time you need to look for a theme.

Thanks to all of you who have visited this site, left your comments and emailed me. And a special thanks to those of you who have prayed for and supported one or more of the missionaries that we’ve featured!

Finally, I would like to thank all the many missionary bloggers for their faithful service to the Lord. You have glorified God around the world, and in cyberspace as well, by sharing with us what God is doing. Hundreds of blogs have been featured here, and if the Lord wills there will be many more in the future.

Please note – some of you are subscribed to the old feed to this blog. The RSS feed is now feeds.feedburner.com/MissionaryBlogWatch. If you would prefer to subscribe to updates by email, there’s a form you can use on the sidebar to your right – just scroll down until you see it.

Thanks again for visiting, and come again soon!
